Any person who commits an offence under this Act or any regulations made under this Act shall, in the case of a continuing offence, be liable, in addition to any other penalty to which he is liable under this Act or any regulations made under this Act in respect of such offence, to a daily fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit for each day the offence continues after conviction.
