s 53Certificate of accreditation

(1)

The certificate of accreditation shall specify the professional programme and state the premises in which the professional programme shall be conducted or facilitated.

(2)

The higher education provider shall cause a copy of the certificate of accreditation to be exhibited in a conspicuous place in the premises specified in the certificate of accreditation.

(3)

The higher education provider shall surrender the certificate of accreditation to the Agency within thirty days from—

(a)

the date of revocation of the certificate under section 55;

(b)

the date of cessation of the professional programme.
