The Public Authorities Protection Act 1948 [Act 198] shall apply to any action, suit, prosecution or proceedings against the
Agency, Council, any member of the Council and its committees, any officer, employee or agent of the Agency and its committees and any member of the Joint Technical Committee in respect of any act, neglect or default done or committed by him in such capacity.
