s 37Compliance with the Framework

(1)

No programme or qualification shall be accredited unless it complies with the Framework.

(2)

All higher education providers conducting an accredited programme or awarding an accredited qualification shall comply with the Framework.

(3)

The Agency or, in the case of a professional programme, professional qualification or higher education provider, the relevant professional body, may direct that the Framework or any part of the Framework may not apply to any programme, qualification or higher education provider subject to such terms and conditions as it deems fit.
