s 89Seizure of documents, etc.

Where an authorized officer carrying out an investigation under this Act or any regulations made under this Act has reason to believe that an offence has been committed against this Act or any regulations made under this Act, he may seize any book, minute book, register, document, financial statement, material or other article in the physical form or in the electronic medium, produced under section 88 and such book, minute book, register, document, financial statement, material or other article in the physical form or in the electronic medium shall be admissible in evidence in any proceedings in court under this Act or any regulations made under this Act against the person or against any other person.
