6. New section 18a

The principal Act is amended by inserting after section 18

the following section:

s 18a“Power to issue directives, guidelines, etc.

The Minister may issue any directives, guidelines, circulars or notices as may be expedient or necessary for the better carrying out of the provisions of this Act.”.
