The Chemists Act 1975 [Act 158], which is referred to as the
“principal Act” in this Act, is amended in section 2 by inserting after the definition of ‘ “member” or “member of the Institute”
or “registered chemist” ’ the following definition:
‘ “Minister” means the Minister charged with the responsibility for science, technology and innovation;’.
