Section 25 of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the words “is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for one year” the words
“commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both”.
