14. Amendment of section 43

Section 43 of the principal Act is amended—

(a)

in subsection (1), by substituting for the words “Social

Welfare Officers or any other public officers” the words

“Social Welfare Officers, any other public officer or any other person”; and

(b)

by deleting subsection (1a).
