This Act may be cited as the Legislature of Sarawak (Application of Monies Borrowed from the Federation) Act 1968.

Authorisation

Legislature of Sarawak is authorised to make laws in respect to the application of the monies borrowed under the Loan (School

Managements) Ordinance 1964 of Sarawak [Sarawak 2 of 1964]

for the purposes and in accordance with the Loans to Aided

Schools Regulations 1956 [GN. S. 135/1956] of that State.
