Continuance of laws, etc.
of Bank Pertanian Malaysia Berhad Act 2008
Subject to subsection (2), all written laws including subsidiary legislation, affecting or for the protection of Bank
Pertanian Malaysia and in operation immediately before the

vesting date shall, until amended or revoked by the appropriate authority having power so to do, continue in operation and be construed as if this Act has not been passed.
(2)
Any reference in such written laws to Bank Pertanian
Malaysia, unless the context otherwise requires, shall be construed as a reference to the Bank and expressions importing such a reference shall be construed accordingly.
