in paragraph (c), by inserting after the word “property”
the words “or instrumentalities”; and
(b)
in paragraph (e), by inserting after subsubparagraph (i)(B)
the following subsubparagraph:
“(C) instrumentalities or the value of such instrumentalities; or”.
