Section 36 of the principal Act is amended—
in subsection (1), by inserting before the words “required to be determined” the words “deemed fit by the Commission under section 30 or”; and
Electricity Supply (Amendment)
in subsection (3), by substituting for the words “Arbitration
Act 1952 [Act 93]” the words “Arbitration Act 2005
[Act 646].”.
