s 1Short title, commencement and application

This Act may be cited as the Electricity Supply (Amendment)

Act 2015.

This Act comes into operation on a date to be appointed by the Minister by notification in the Gazette, and the Minister may appoint different dates for the coming into operation of this

Act in different parts of Malaysia.

(3)

This Act shall apply throughout Malaysia; however the

Minister may, by order, suspend the operation of the whole or any of the provisions of this Act in any State.
