Section 59

The person in charge of any vehicle, vessel or aircraft on which taxable goods are transported from the special areas to Malaysia shall make a declaration substantially in the form as prescribed under the

Customs Act 1967 giving particulars of the taxable goods transported in such vehicle, vessel or aircraft.
