Section 20B

(1)

Every digital platform service provider who made available an accommodation premises through service relating to online booking accommodation premises shall collect the tourism tax from the tourist.

(2)

Every digital platform service provider shall pay the tourism tax collected or liable to be collected under this Act to the Director

General.
