Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 127 (2) of the Income Tax Act, 1967, the House of Representatives at its sitting on 4th December, 1973 resolved that Part II of Schedule 6 to the Income Tax Act, 1967 be amended by adding thereto the following new item: "The World Wildlife Fund, Malaysia" and that such amendment shall come into force for the year of assessment 1973 and subsequent years of assessment. - PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 127 (2) Akta Cukai Pendapatan, 1967, Dewan Rakyat dalam mesyuaratnya pada 4hb Disember, 1973, mengambil ketetapan bahawa Bahagian II Jadual 6 kepada Akta Cukai Pendapatan, 1967, dipinda dengan menambahkan kepadanya butiran baru yang berikut: "The Sabah Family Planning Association" dan bahawa pindaan tersebut hendaklah disifatkan berkuatkuasa bagi tahun taksiran 1968 dan tahun-tahun taksiran yang berikutnya.
