(1)
This Act may be cited as the Income Tax (Amendment)
Act 2018.
(2)
Sections 3, 4 and 5 have effect for the year of assessment 2019
and subsequent years of assessment.
(3)
Sections 2, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 come into operation on the coming into operation of this Act.
