Section 90F

The provisions relating to drawback under this Act shall apply to goods (other than goods declared by the Minister under paragraph 90A(1)(a) or deemed to have been declared by the Minister under that paragraph), transported from the principal customs area to

Labuan as if such goods had been re-exported.
