- BAHAWASANYA Menteri mendapati bahawa tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual adalah perlu untuk melindungi kepentingan masa kini dan masa hadapan serta kesejahteraan anak negeri Kampung Patau-Patau Satu: MAKA OLEH YANG DEMIKIAN, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan kepadanya oleh seksyen 25 Akta Hakmilik Anak Negeri Labuan 2007 [Akta 667], Menteri mengisytiharkan tanah itu menjadi Rizab Anak Negeri bagi maksud tapak tambahan Rizab Anak Negeri tertakluk kepada terma dan syarat yang berikut:

tiada seorang pun anak negeri yang bukan pemastautin lazim di Kampung Patau-Patau Satu boleh dibenarkan membina dan mendirikan apa-apa bangunan di dalam Rizab Anak Negeri itu tanpa persetujuan pemegang amanah:
DAN SELANJUTNYA, Menteri juga melantik Ketua Anak Negeri dan Ketua Kampung bagi Kampung Patau-Patau Satu sebagai pemegang amanah Rizab Anak Negeri itu tertakluk kepada arahan Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan.

LABUAN NATIVE TITLE ACT 2007
DECLARATION OF NATIVE RESERVE
WHEREAS it appears to the Minister that the land described in the Schedule is necessary to protect the present and future interests and well-being of the natives of Kampung Patau-Patau Satu:
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 25
of the Labuan Native Title Act 2007 [Act 667], the Minister declares such land to be a Native Reserve for additional Native Reserve site purposes subject to the following terms and conditions:
(a)
the Native Reserve is solely for a community hall and walkway for the use of the natives of Kampung Patau-Patau Satu; and
(b)
no native who is not habitually resident in Kampung Patau-Patau Satu shall be permitted to erect and construct any building within the Native Reserve without the consent of the trustees:
AND FURTHER, the Minister also appoints the Native Chief and Ketua Kampung of Kampung Patau-Patau Satu to be the trustees of the Native Reserve subject to the directions of the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Labuan.
