(a)
in subsection (3)—
(i)
by substituting for the word “Registrar” the word
“Director”; and
(ii)
by substituting for the words “specified in the certificate” the words “the book of strata register is opened”; and
(b)
in subsection (5), by substituting for the word “Registrar”
the word “Director”.
