PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 8 Akta Hari Kelepasan 1951 [Akta 369], Perdana Menteri menetapkan hari yang berikut sebagai hari kelepasan am di Semenanjung Malaysia sebagai tambahan kepada hari yang disebut dalam Jadual Pertama Akta:

(a)

1 September 2011, sekiranya Hari Raya Puasa jatuh pada 30 Ogos 2011; atau

(b)

2 September 2011, sekiranya Hari Raya Puasa jatuh pada 31 Ogos 2011.

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Holidays Act 1951 [Act 369], the Prime Minister appoints the following day as a public holiday in Peninsular Malaysia in addition to the days mentioned in the First Schedule of the Act:

(a)

1 September 2011, if Hari Raya Puasa falls on 30 August 2011; or

(b)

2 September 2011, if Hari Raya Puasa falls on 31 August 2011.
