Section 14A
(1)
No person to whom a licence has been granted in respect of a place of entertainment shall supply or sell or permit to be supplied or sold or suffer the supply or sale of intoxicating liquor at such place of entertainment to any person under the age of twenty-one years.
(2)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence.
