s 10Amendment of section 42

Subsection 42(3) of the principal Act is amended—

(a)

by inserting after the words “captain,” wherever appearing the words “driver,”; and

(b)

by substituting for the words “vessel or aircraft” the words

“vessel, aircraft or train”.
