Federal Government to have executive authority

Section 3
(1)
The Federal Government shall have executive authority with respect to all matters relating to water supply systems and water supply services throughout Peninsular Malaysia and the
Federal Territories of Putrajaya and Labuan.
(2)
The Federal Government shall continue to have executive authority with respect to all matters relating to sewerage systems and sewerage services throughout Malaysia.
