Septic tanks to be desludged

Section 44
(1)
The service licensee operating and maintaining a public sewerage system shall desludge the septic tanks in its sewerage services areas from time to time as may be prescribed.
(2)
The service licensee who fails to comply with its obligations under subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit.
