4. Savings

All disciplinary actions which are pending under subsection 10(7) of the principal Act in relation to matters referred to in paragraphs 10(1)(a) and 10(5)(a) of the principal Act against any student of the Institution shall, on the date of coming into operation of this Act, be discontinued.

All actions which are pending under section 9 of the Act in relation to matters referred to in paragraph 10(5)(a) of the principal Act against any organization, body or group of students of the Institution shall, on the date of coming into operation of this Act, be discontinued.
