“Activities of students or students’ society, organization, body or group
(2)
All actions which are pending under section 9 of the Act in relation to matters referred to in paragraph 10(5)(a) of the principal Act against any organization, body or group of students of the Institution shall, on the date of coming into operation of this Act, be discontinued.
