Section 21
(1)
The Institute may appoint, on such terms and conditions of service as may be approved by the Board, such number of
Deputies Director General, other officers and staff, as may be necessary for carrying out the purposes of the Institute.
(2)
The Deputies Director General shall be subject to the direction and control of the Director General and may perform all the duties of the Director General under this Act.
