Section 23A
(1)
The Board may, subject to such conditions, restrictions and limitations as it may determine, allow any person access to the research findings and facilities of the Institute.
(2)
For the purposes of this section, “facilities” includes equipment, laboratory, experimental plot, data base and germplasm collection.
