s 7Power to acquire to be in accordance with law relating to compulsory acquisition

(1)

Where any immovable property not being State land is needed to be acquired for any of the purposes under sections 5 and 6, such property may be acquired in accordance with any law relating to the compulsory acquisition of land for the time being in force in the

State in which the property is situate.

(2)

For the purpose of subsection (1), in relation to the Federal

Territory reference to the State land shall be construed as reference to

Federal land.
