Amendment or alteration of constituent documents of licensee

Section 15
Every licensee shall, within three months after the making of any amendment or alteration to any of its constituent documents, furnish to the Controller particulars in writing, duly verified by a statutory declaration made by a director of the licensee, of such amendment or alteration.
