Section 16
The principal Act is amended by inserting after section 14
the following Part:
“Part IIIa
DISCIPLINARY COMMITTEE AND DISPUTE
RESOLUTION PANEL
Disciplinary Committee 14a. (1) The Board shall appoint a Disciplinary Committee to conduct a hearing of any misconduct or complaint referred to it by the Investigating Committee.
