Section 2

The Licensed Land Surveyors Act 1958 [Act 458], which is referred to as the “principal Act” in this Act, is amended by inserting after section 1 the following section:

“Application 1a.

This Act shall apply to Peninsular Malaysia and the Federal Territory of Labuan.”.
