CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CODE (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) ACT 2023

This Act comes into operation on a date to be appointed by the Minister by notification in the Gazette.

Amendment of First Schedule

by substituting for the item relating to section 305 of the Penal Code the following item:
