The Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], which is referred to as the “principal Act” in this Act, is amended in subsection 93(1)

by substituting for the words “nine-tenths of the duties calculated in accordance with subsection (2) may be repaid” the words

“the Director General may allow nine-tenths of the duties calculated in accordance with subsection (2) be repaid”.
