The Assistant Controller shall have access at all times, to any places or premises where any business is carried out for the purpose of inspecting, collecting or monitoring the prices of goods or charges for services.
The Assistant Controller in accessing the places or premises under subsection (1) may bring with him any authorized officer as he thinks necessary for the due administration of this Act.
