8. New Schedule

The principal Act is amended by inserting after section 63

the following Schedule:

“Schedule

[Subsection 10a(1)]

ITEMS NOT TO BE INCLUDED IN PRICES AND CHARGES

s 1

Any credit for input tax against output tax under section 38 of the Goods and Services Tax Act 2014 [Act 762].

s 2Any special refund of sales tax under section 190 of the Goods and

Services Tax Act 2014.”.
