33. Transfer of land

Any land, right and interest in land which, immediately before the dissolution of the Lembaga, was vested in or held by the Lembaga shall on such dissolution vest in or be held by the

“Lembaga” means the Lembaga Padi dan Beras Negara established under the Lembaga Padi dan Beras Negara Act 1971;
Federal Lands Commissioner for the purposes of the Government without any conveyance, assignment or transfer whatever.
