Section 52
(1)
The Director General may, in writing, delegate any of the powers, duties or functions of the Director General, other than the power under section 48, to any officer under the control, direction and supervision of the Director General subject to any condition, limitation or restriction as the Director General thinks fit.
(2)
Any delegation under this section shall not preclude the
Director General himself from performing or exercising, at any time any of the delegated powers, duties or functions.
