General amendment
The principal Act is amended—
(a)
by substituting for the word “receiving”, wherever appearing in sections 4, 10, 13, 17, 40, 41, 43, 44, 50,
51, 54, 73, 84, 93, 100, 110, 111, 112, 113, 115, 121,
122 and 125, Schedule A and Schedule C, the word
“bankruptcy”; and
(b)
by substituting for the word “debtor”, wherever appearing in sections 17, 71, 115, 116 and 118,
