AKTA KEMAJUAN PETROLEUM 1974
PEMBETULAN
DALAM Akta Kemajuan Petroleum 1974 [Akta 144] yang dicetak semula dalam tahun 2006 dan mengandungi segala pindaan hingga 1 Januari 2006—
(i)
dalam subseksyen 6(3B), gantikan perkataan "habe" dengan perkataan "have"; dan
(ii)
dalam subseksyen 8(2), gantikan perkataan "contsrued" dengan perkataan "construed".
PETROLEUM DEVELOPMENT ACT 1974
CORRIGENDUM
In the Petroleum Development Act 1974 [Act 144] reprinted in the year 2006 and incorporating all amendments until 1 January 2006—
(a)
substitute for the words "Petroleum Nasional Berhad" wherever they appear the words "Petroliam Nasional Berhad"; and
(i)
in subsection 6(3B), substitute for the word "habe" the word "have"; and
(ii)
in subsection 8(2), substitute for the word "contsrued" the word "construed".
