(1)

All private hospitals, maternity homes and nursing homes licensed or deemed to have been licensed under the Private Hospitals

Act 1971 shall, on the date of coming into operation of this Act, be deemed to have been licensed under this Act.

(2)

The provisions of this Act shall apply to such private hospitals, maternity homes and nursing homes as if such private hospitals, maternity homes and nursing homes were licensed under this Act.

(3)

The Director General may vary or revoke any condition imposed on any private hospital, maternity home and nursing home.
