s 33Change of person in charge

(1)

It shall be the duty of a licensee or a holder of a certificate of registration to notify the Director General within fourteen days of its occurrence of any change in the person in charge of the private healthcare facility or service to which his or its licence or certificate of registration relates and the qualifications, training and experience of the new person in charge.

(2)

The licensee or the holder of a certificate of registration who fails to comply with subsection (1) commits an offence.
