s 35Policy statement

(1)

A licensee of a private healthcare facility or service or the holder of a certificate of registration or the person in charge of a private healthcare facility or service shall make available, upon registration or admission, as the case may be, its policy statement with respect to the obligations of the licensee or holder of the certificate of registration to patients using the facilities or services.

(2)

A policy statement shall cover such matters as may be prescribed.
