Section 69 of the principal Act is amended in paragraph (2)(ii)—
of Employment (Amendment) Act 2012

(a)
by substituting for the words “sub-contractor for labour”, wherever they may appear, the words “contractor for labour”; and
(b)
by substituting for the word “subcontractor” the word
“sub-contractor”.
