(a)
in the shoulder note, by deleting the words “issued under Part XV”; and
Employment (Amendment)
(b)
in subsection (1)—
(i)
by deleting the words “under Part XV”; and
(ii)
in paragraph (b) of the proviso, by substituting for the word “servant” the word “employee”.
