Section 26

Where a national critical information infrastructure sector lead directs any national critical information infrastructure entity to implement measures, standards and processes to ensure the cyber security of the national critical information infrastructure owned or operated by the national critical information infrastructure entity under any other written law, the national critical information infrastructure sector lead shall ensure that the directions given are consistent with the code of practice.
