Subsection 75a(2) of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in paragraph (d), by inserting the word “and” at the end of the paragraph;
(b)
by deleting paragraph (e); and
(c)
in paragraph (f), by substituting for the words “two other members” the words “three other members”.
