84. Presumption as to collections of laws and reports of decisions

“court” means a court established by or under Part IX of the Federal Constitution and includes— (a) a Judge; (b) a Sessions Court Judge; (c) a Magistrate; and (d) except an arbitrator, every person legally authorized to take evidence;
(a)
to be printed or published under the authority of the
Government of any country and to contain any of the laws of that country; or
(b)
to contain reports of decisions of the courts of that country.
