Section 1

Section 2 comes into operation on the same date the

Criminal Procedure Code (Amendment) Act 2010 [Act A1378]

comes into operation.

Section 3 comes into operation on a date to be appointed by the Minister by notification in the Gazette.

Section 3 shall not apply in relation to criminal proceedings which began before the commencement of that section.
